A copy of the commercial invoice must be drafted and forwarded to Computer Sonics Systems Shipping Department for perusal before shipping.

Shipments should not be despatched without a “green light” from Computer Sonics Systems.

A copy of the commercial invoice must be drafted and forwarded to Computer Sonics Systems Shipping Department for perusal before shipping.

A copy of the commercial invoice and NAFTA certificate (Certificate Of Origin) must be placed inside shipment.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE CLEARLY PROVIDED ON THE COMMERCIAL INVOICE

• The reason for shipping goods to Canada.

• Whether the goods are to be returned to the client after assessment or repair.

• A full description of all items, including serial numbers.

• The Sales Order Reference Number and Purchase Order Number (if known).

A Failure Report should be included in the shipment if required.
 
HAZARDOUS OR DANGEROUS GOODS

A Shippers Declaration For Dangerous Goods and a Commercial Invoice must be drafted and forwarded to Sondex (Canada) Inc Shipping Department for perusal.
