The following information must be provided with all shipments:
- The reason for returning the goods
- Whether the goods are to be returned to the client after assessment or repair.
- A full description of all items, including distinguishing serial numbers.
- The Sales Order reference number and Purchase Order number (if known).
- A commercial value for customs purposes.
- The words FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALAN BOYTER or CHRIS ROE
Hazardous or Dangerous Goods
A shippers Declaration for Dangerous Goods and a Commercial Invoice should be drafted
and forwarded to Sondex for perusal. Such shipments should not be dispatched without a Green Light from Sondex Wireline Limited.
A Failure Report should be included with the equipment.
