Special Note:

Goods returned from locations within the United Kingdom should be sent directly to Sondex Wireline Ltd in Yateley.

Goods returned from locations outside the United Kingdom weighing in excess of 20Kgs should be sent air freight to London Heathrow Airport.

The following information must be clearly provided on the Commercial Invoice.

The reason for returning the goods to the United Kingdom.
Whether the goods are to be returned to the client after assessment or repair.
A full description of all items, including distinguishing serial numbers.
The Sales Order reference number and Purchase Order number (if known).
A commercial value for customs purposes.
The words FOR THE ATTENTION OF FAIZ ALAM, REPAIRS TEAM LEADER.

Hazardous or Dangerous Goods
A shippers Declaration for Dangerous Goods and a Commercial Invoice should be drafted
and forwarded to Sondex for perusal. Such shipments should not be despatched without a Green Light from Sondex Wireline Limited.

A Failure Report should be included with the equipment.
