A single integrated telemetry platform benefits from a universal acquisition system to exploit its flexibility. A system capable of running all Sondex product lines gives the end user significant advantages in terms of inventory, logistics and training.
Software available from Sondex performs two basic functions. The first is to acquire data from, and control the operation of, the logging tools; the second is to process and present the results in a useful format.
Systems are available in the form of a full-sized unit for mounting in a truck or skid unit, or as a highly compact, portable system which is easily helicopter-transportable. Memory systems need only a notebook computer, a Memory Interface Unit (MCU) and a Depth/Time Recorder (DTR).

Ultralink Logging System
The Ultrawire tool bus and its associated transmission system, Ultralink, is the Sondex standard configuration. Ultrawire supports up to 62 tools in a single tool string. The Ultralink telemetry system facilitates high speed data transmission on standard monoconductor cables.
